Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nia Lovemore under Bodacious Daydreams LLC is not responsible for these charges.

Shipping Methods
- We offer the following shipping options via USPS:

- Express Shipping
- Overnight Shipping
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
- You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Shipping to PO Boxes is not recommended. Bodacious Daydreams LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen deliveries sent to PO Box addresses.
Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal service.
- If you encounter such issues:
- Lost Packages: Contact your local postal service to report the missing package and file a claim.
- Damaged Packages: Keep all packaging materials and damaged items, and contact your local postal service to file a damage claim.

Order Cancellation
- Orders can not be canceled, all sales are final.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges will apply.
Customs and Duties
- International Orders: Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs.
