Shipping, returns, and other policies:
Made to order & Pre―orders
Our tapestries are proudly made-to-order in the USA by our trusted manufacturing partners. Please allow 3- 5 weeks for the full process:
- The manufacturer will create your tapestry (this can take up to 3 weeks).
- Once complete, it will be shipped to me for inspection and packaging.
- I will then ship your full order to you.
To reduce shipping and packaging costs and ensure everything arrives together, any additional items (such as prints, stickers, or other products) will also be post-poned until the tapestry is ready so it may all be packaged and shipped as one package. If you wish to receive any additional item before the tapestry is ready, consider placing two separate order.
For pre-orders, production times may vary. Please refer to the product listing for specific details on timelines and estimated shipping dates.
You will receive tracking information once the full order has been shipped from me. Please be patient with this process—made-to-order, and pre-orders items take a little longer, but they’re worth the wait!

Payment, order processing
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
- Payments must be completed at checkout, and orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If you selected a shipping mention that includes traking, you’ll receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
Important Information:
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds on domestic orders. A store credit may be applied in the case of an incorrect order. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Email admin@nialovemore.com for further assistance.
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accuracy.
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using current USPS shipping rates, your location, and your selected shipping method.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Time: USPS standard delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days after processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has shipped, Bodacious Daydreams LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by USPS. If you encounter an issue, please contact USPS directly with your tracking information.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.

International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via USPS.
Important Information:
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds. A store credit may be applied in the case of an incorrect order. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please email me for further assistance.
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure accuracy.
- Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Your package will ship DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning any VAT, duties, or COD fees must be paid by you to receive your package.
- If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned, you are responsible for all shipping charges, customs fees, and return costs.
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout using current USPS shipping rates, your location, and your selected shipping method.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping Time: USPS standard delivery takes approximately 7–21 business days, depending on the destination. after order processing.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Any additional fees (customs duties, taxes, or import charges) are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by you for your package to clear. These fees are not included in your purchase total, and we cannot predict or collect them on your behalf.

Damaged, Lost, Stolen, Rerouted
Lost/Stolen:
Bodacious Daydreams LLC(Nia Lovemore) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We are not responsible for deliveries lost due to insufficient or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
- Shipping to PO Boxes is not recommended. Bodacious Daydreams LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen deliveries sent to PO Box addresses.
- Customers are responsible for any and all fees or replacement costs related to lost or stolen packages.
If you have concerns about a shipment, or would like to file a claim for lost or damaged shipment, contact USPS directly with your tracking information.
Damaged:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. Upon review, we will offer store credit for the value of the damaged product(s). Store credit can be applied to future purchases in our shop. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in store credit for damaged items. This is because once the package has shipped, the shipping fee has already been paid to the carrier and cannot be recovered.
Please Note:
- Damage claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
- We do not offer refunds, only store credit.
Re-routed (Returned packages):
There are various reasons why your package may be returned to Bodacious Daydreams LLC, including but not limited to: incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, delivery issues, severe weather, unpaid customs/duties/VAT, refusal of shipment, or being marked as undeliverable.
If your package is returned to us for any reason:
- You will be responsible for any additional fees such as shipping charges, import fees, customs duties, or taxes.
- All outstanding balances must be paid in full before we attempt to reship your order.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Once postage has been paid, we are unable to change or update the address. If an incorrect address is provided, Bodacious Daydreams LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Feel free to email us at admin@nialovemore.com for address change if the postage has not been paid for yet, dramatic changes in delivery address may result in additional shipping charges.
